CONFERENCE CALL
August 26, 1999 - 9:00 a.m.

PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTIONS:
Dan Budd presented the Department's request for approval of two proposed land transactions.
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner Heinicke, to approve the following land transactions:
- -Acquisition of the fee simple estate of a 38.40-acre parcel and the purchase of a Conservation Easement on a 38.07-acre parcel of the Burns property in Okanogan County for $550,000; and
- -Acquisition of the Conservation Easement on the 400-acre Stokes property in Okanogan County for $341,000.
The motion carried unanimously. (Chairman White was absent during discussion and vote on the motion.)
DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.
