Rich Mann, Enforcement Program Miranda Wecker Public Commission Staff: None Nancy Burkhart HUNTER ACCESS RULES -- UPDATE: Department staff updated the Commission on the hunter access rules: - WAC 232-12-421, Hunt or possess big game without an access permit; - WAC 232-12-422, Hunt or possess a wild animal or wild bird without an access permit; and - WAC 232-12-423, Public hunting defined and access contracts. At its November 18-19, 2005, Commission meeting, the Commission adopted the above rules. However, an error occurred in the Department's filing the rules with the Code Reviser's Office. Staff will bring back the rules for action at the Commission's January 20, 2005, conference call. GENERAL DISCUSSION: Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.
