BUDGET PREPARATION AND STRATEGIC PLANNING -- BRIEFING: Ron McQueen briefed the Commission on the process for the 2007-2009 Biennial Budget and Strategic Plan. GENERAL DISCUSSION: Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.
