LAND TRANSACTION: Dave Brittell presented the Department's request for approval of a proposed land transaction. Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Reynolds, to approve, after Department appraisal, the purchase of four conservation easements totaling 624.9 acres on the Trust for Public Lands/Arrowleaf Property in Okanogan County for not more than $3.75 million. The motion carried unanimously.
