CONFERENCE CALL January 4, 2001 - 9:00 a.m. Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Russ Cahill, Vice Chairman Jeff Koenings, Director Lisa Pelly Will Roehl Fred Shiosaki Bob Tuck Commission Staff: Public: None Nancy Burkhart Commissioner Pelly moved, seconded by Commissioner Tuck, to elect Russ Cahill as Commission Chairman and Will Roehl as Commission Vice Chairman effective immediately. The motion carried unanimously. Commissioners and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest. The Commission asked that Jeff Koenings and Debbie Nelson get together to set up a meeting with the Washington State Conservation Commission to review the roles of the commissions in salmon recovery and any other issues. The Department will brief the Commission at the March 16-17 workshop on the use of rotenone for lake rehabilitations.
