BUDGET UPDATE: Jim Lux briefed the Commission on Governor Locke's proposed 2005-2007 Operating and Capital biennial budgets. EMERGING ISSUES -- BRIEFING: Tom Davis briefed the Commission on a request from the Office of Financial Management for additional information regarding emerging issues to be provided to the Governor-elect transition team. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE: Tom Davis briefed the Commission on the status of agency legislative request items.
