CONFERENCE CALL January 19, 1999 - 5:00 PM (continuation of January 15, 1999 conference call) Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Kelly White, Chair Tim Smith Russ Cahill, Vice Chairman Don Heinicke Dean Lydig Lisa Pelly Public Will Roehl None Bob Tuck Commission Staff Debbie Nelson The Commission and Department staff discussed legislative issues. The Commission reviewed Senate Bill 5165 which would create regional advisory councils to advise the Commission. Commissioners do not support this bill. The Commission reviewed HB 1119 which would modify the composition of the Commission to allow for representation by administrative regions. Commissioners do not support this bill. dpn
