CONFERENCE CALL July 21, 2005 - 9:00 a.m. Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Ron Ozment, Chair Jeff Koenings, Director Fred Shiosaki, Vice Chair Larry Peck, Deputy Director Jerry Gutzwiler Dan Budd, Wildlife Program Chuck Perry Mark Schumock, AGO Will Roehl Shirley Solomon Commission Staff: Public Susan Yeager None Nancy Burkhart PROPOSED LAND TRANSACTION -- DECISION: Dan Budd and Mark Schumock (Assistant Attorney General) presented one proposed land transaction for the Commission's consideration and approval. Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner Perry, to approve acceptance of a 40-acre parcel of ground on the Oak Creek Wildlife Area in Yakima County in settlement of a disputed land claim. The motion carried unanimously. GENERAL DISCUSSION: Commissioners and the Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.
