PETITION TO REPEAL WAC 232-28-279 -- ROB KAVANAUGH:
Commissioner White moved, seconded by Commissioner Tuck, to deny Rob Kavanaugh's Petition to Repeal WAC 232-28-279, 2000-2002 Elk General Seasons and 2001-2002 Special Permits. The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.
PETITION TO AMEND WAC 220-95-027 -- TONY BOZANICH:
Commissioner Pelly moved, seconded by Commissioner Shiosaki, to deny Tony Bozanich's Petition to Amend WAC 220-95-027, Ranking and Acceptance of Salmon Purse Seine License Offers. The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.
PETITION TO AMEND WAC 220-95-027 -- SCOTT AND SUSAN ENQUIST:
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to deny Scott and Susan Enquist's Petition to Amend WAC 220-95-027, Ranking and Acceptance of Salmon Purse Seine License Offers. The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.

Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner Tuck, to deny Doug Selivanoff's Petition to Amend WAC 220-95-027, Ranking and Acceptance of Salmon Purse Seine License Offers. The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF COMMISSION MINUTES:
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner Shiosaki, to approve the Minutes of the May 11 and May 17, 2001 Commission conference calls. The motion to approve the Minutes carried unanimously.
WILD AUTOMATED LICENSE DATABASE SYSTEM -- BRIEFING:
Department staff briefed the Commission on progress and problems associated with the WILD automated license database system.
RECENT ACTIVITIES AND ITEMS OF INTEREST -- BRIEFING:
The Commission and Director Koenings discussed recent activities and items of interest.
