The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously. PETITION TO AMEND WAC 220-95-027 -- TONY BOZANICH: Commissioner Pelly moved, seconded by Commissioner Shiosaki, to deny Tony Bozanich's Petition to Amend WAC 220-95-027, Ranking and Acceptance of Salmon Purse Seine License Offers. The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.
