PETITION TO AMEND WAC 232-12-129, CAPTIVE PROPAGATION OF RAPTORS - SALE, RECORDS, REPORTS AND INSPECTION - WASHINGTON FALCONERS ASSOCIATION:
Commissioner Tuck moved, seconded by Commissioner Shiosaki, to direct the Department to initiate rule-making regarding commercialization of wildlife with an emphasis on raptors. The motion carried unanimously.Chair Roehl indicated that the Wildlife Program is to be the lead for the rule development process.
