PETITIONS FOR ADOPTION OR REPEAL OF WAC RULES - GRAHAM WILLMORE:
Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Hunter, to deny Graham Willmore's Petition for Adoption of a new rule defining the term "diversion device". The motion to deny the Petition carried unanimously.

Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Hunter, to deny Graham Willmore's Petitions to Repeal certain provisions of the Hydraulics Code: WAC 220-110-201(2)(4)(5)(6) and (11), Common mineral prospecting technical provisions; WAC 220-110-202, Use of Class 0 mineral prospecting equipment; WAC 220-110-203, Use of Class I mineral prospecting equipment; WAC 220-110-205, Use of Class III mineral prospecting equipment; and WACs 220-110-200 through WAC 220-110-209. The motion to deny the Petitions carried unanimously.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner Tuck, to approve the minutes of the:

- October 3-4, 2003, Commission workshop; and
- October 16, 2003, Commission conference call.

The motion to approve the minutes carried unanimously.

RECENT ACTIVITIES:
Commissioners and Jeff Koenings discussed recent activities of interest.
