CONFERENCE CALL October 14, 1999 - 9:00 a.m. Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Kelly White, Chairman Jeff Koenings, Director Russ Cahill, Vice Chairman Dan Budd Van Van Gytenbeek Other Department Staff Don Heinicke Lisa Pelly Will Roehl Public: Bob Tuck None Commission Staff: Debbie Nelson Dan Budd presented the Department's request for approval of numerous proposed land transactions and easement. Commissioner Heinicke moved, seconded by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to approve the following land transactions: - Acquisition of the 44-acre Davis property in Kitsap County for $141,900; the 5.5-acre Finch property in Kitsap County for $13,750; the 5.2-acre Gabagat property in Kitsap County for $42,000; and the 19.74-acre Krazel property in Kitsap County for $88,000; and - Easement for ingress and egress and utilities in Cowlitz County to Tim Norris for $500. The motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Roehl suggested that the Department provide the Commission a map showing more clearly the public ownership of the four Kitsap County properties. Dan Budd said he would provide the map at the November 12-13 Commission workshop.
