Chair Pelly called the workshop to order at 3:05 p.m. DEPARTMENT 1999-2001 OPERATING BUDGET: Department staff briefed the Commission on the Department's proposed decision packages for the 1999-2001 Operating Budget. Public input on and Commission consideration of approval of the proposed decision packages for submission to the Office of Financial Management will occur at the September 11, 1998 Commission meeting in Olympia. DEPARTMENT 1999-2001 CAPITAL BUDGET: Department staff briefed the Commission on the Department's proposed 1999-2001 Capital Budget. Public input on and Commission consideration of approval of the proposed capital budget for submission to the Office of Financial Management will occur at the September 11, 1998 Commission meeting in Olympia. DEPARTMENT 1999 REQUEST LEGISLATION: Department staff briefed the Commission on the Department's proposed request legislation for the 1999 Legislative Session. Public input on and Commission consideration of approval of the proposed request legislation for submission to the Office of Financial Management will occur at the September 11, 1998 Commission meeting in Olympia.
