Chair Ozment called the meeting to order at 10:08 a.m.
2006 AGENCY REQUEST LEGISLATION PACKAGE -- DECISION:
Tom Davis presented, for Commission consideration and approval, the Department's proposed 2006 Agency Request Legislation for submission to the Office of Financial Management.
One person provided oral testimony on the proposed 2006 Agency Request Legislation.
Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner Wecker, to remove the "Fishing with Two Poles" proposal from the package. The motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Wecker moved, seconded by Commissioner Roehl, to approve the 2006 Request Legislation Proposals for submission to the Office of Financial Management as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
2006 SUPPLEMENTAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET REQUESTS -- DECISION:
Ron McQueen presented, for Commission consideration and approval, the Department's 2006 Supplemental Operating and Capital Budget Requests for submission to the Office of Financial Management.
Three individuals provided oral testimony on the proposed 2006 Supplemental Operating and Capital Budget Requests.
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner Gutzwiler, to approve the Technical Adjustments Proposals as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Gutzwiler moved, seconded by Commissioner Roehl, to approve the Maintenance Level Proposals as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Roehl moved, seconded by Commissioner Wecker, to approve the Policy Level Proposals as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Shiosaki moved, seconded by Commissioner Gutzwiler, to approve the Capital Budget Requests as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
Chair Ozment adjourned the meeting at 4:55 p.m.
