APPROVAL OF 2004 SUPPLEMENTAL OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET REQUESTS: Commissioner Cahill moved, seconded by Commissioner Van Gytenbeek, to approve the Department's proposed 2004 Supplemental Operating and Capital Budget Requests for submission to the Office of Financial Management. The motion carried unanimously. (Commissioner Pelly was absent during discussion and vote on the motion.) COLUMBIA RIVER FISHERY - UPDATE: Bill Tweit provided an update on the Columbia River fishery. RAZOR CLAMS - UPDATE: Dan Ayres provided an update on the current status of the potential harvest opportunity for razor clams.
