CONFERENCE CALL September 19, 2002 - 9:00 a.m. Olympia, Washington ATTENDANCE: Commission Department Russ Cahill, Chair Larry Peck, Deputy Director Ron Ozment Jim Lux Dawn Reynolds Fred Shiosaki Van Van Gytenbeek Kelly White Commission Staff: Public: None Nancy Burkhart APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Commissioner Ozment moved, seconded by Commissioner Shiosaki, to approve the minutes of the following: - September 5, 2002 Commission conference call. The motion to approve the minutes carried unanimously. (Commissioner Van Gytenbeek was absent during discussion and vote on the motion.) RECENT ACTIVITIES: Commissioners and Deputy Director Peck discussed recent activities and items of interest. Commissioner White moved, seconded by Commissioner Ozment, to accept the Executive Committee's recommendation that Susan Brown, Susan Yeager, and Bobbi Monk be interviewed at the September 27-28, 2002 Commission meeting for the Commission's Executive Assistant position. The motion to accept the Committee's recommendation carried unanimously. (Commissioner Van Gytenbeek was absent during discussion and vote on the motion.)
