WAC 220-12-090 Classification - Nonnative aquatic animal species.

(1) Prohibited aquatic animal species.

RCW 77.08.010 Definitions: (50) "Prohibited aquatic animal species" means an invasive species of the animal kingdom that has been classified as a prohibited aquatic animal species by the commission.

The following species are classified as prohibited animal species:

(a) AMPHIBIANS
