THE COLUMBIA RIVER STURGEON SEASONS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED
THE REVISED SEASONS ARE LISTED BELOW:

NON-INDIAN COMMERCIAL STURGEON FISHERY
DATES:

6 PM Tuesday Feb. 13 through 6 PM Wednesday Feb. 14, 2007 (24 hours)
6 PM Thursday Feb. 15 through 12:00 noon Friday Feb. 16, 2007 (18 hours)
6 PM Tuesday Feb. 20 through 6 PM Friday Feb. 21, 2007 (24 hours)
6 PM Thursday Feb. 22 through 12:00 noon Friday Feb. 23, 2007 (18 hours)

AREA: Zones 1-5
SANCTUARIES: Sandy River
GEAR: 9" minimum and 9 ¾" maximum size restrictions
ALLOWABLE SALES: Adipose fin-clipped Chinook salmon, white sturgeon, and shad. A maximum of ten white sturgeon may be possessed or sold by each participating vessel during each calendar week (Sunday through Saturday) that the season is open. Green sturgeon retention is prohibited.
MISCELLANEOUS RULES:

Quick Reporting Rules will be in effect for Washington buyers.
WAC 220-69-240

WDFW has adopted rules that require commercial purchasers to report their landings by a specified time. This rule can be attached to any commercial season that is adopted, but is not in place unless specified. WDFW staff has put in place the "quick reporting required" clause for this season. Washington buyers are required to send a report of their landings to WDFW by 10AM on the day after the purchase date by either:
