NOTICE OF CANCELLATION:
JOINT STATE HEARING
The Joint State hearing scheduled for Tuesday May 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. via teleconference has been canceled.
The purpose of the hearing was to:
- TAC met today and updated the upriver Spring Chinook run. TAC concluded that the run was tracking to meet the preseason forecast of 78,500 fish.
- Catch estimates for the sturgeon sport fishery in the John Day pool remain at low levels and no action is needed at this time in order to remain within catch guidelines
No additional hearings are scheduled at this time.
