Fishing for spring chinook has been better than expected, unfortunately encounters with non-clipped chinook has been higher than normal. Through May 10, an estimated 39 hatchery adults and 18 hatchery jacks have been harvested. In addition, 16 wild adults and 2 wild jacks have been caught and released.
