Monday, Oct 22 is the last day of the Yakima River sport salmon fishery. For the week of Oct 15-21, WDFW staff interviewed 91 anglers (16% of the effort). An estimated 30 adults chinook and 4 jacks were harvested this past week. As of Oct 21, 216 adult chinook, 165 jacks, and 8 coho have been harvested. A final report will be completed and sent out as soon as the scale/CWT data has been processed.
