1/ Columbia River tribal fisheries occurs in the mainstem Columbia between Bonneville and McNary Dams and certain tributaries. Washington, treaty tributary steelhead catches were reported from the Klickitat River. Steelhead caught in mainstream fisheries were bound for tributaries in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

The following rivers have been recorded as not having tribal fisheries during the 1997-98 summer and winter steelhead seasons: Clallam River, Copalis River, Deep Creek, Dewatto River, Dosewallips River, Duckabush River, East Twin River, Hamma Hamma River, Lyre River, Morse Creek, Nisqually River, Ozette River, Quilcene River, Sail River, Samish River, Skokomish River, Stillaguamish River, Tahuya River, Union River, West Twin River, Wind River.
