Summary of areas for each MPA

There are two types of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) listed below. The first two tables deal with Marine Reserves and Conservation Areas. The last table has information for the Sea Urchin-Sea Cucumber Exclusion Zones, areas that have restrictions on the removal of only these species. All tables show summaries of areas for each MPA, and the percentages each contributes to the total area of WDFW mandated MPAs.

Note: Number roundings can lead to incorrect totals when summed. The totals are based on numbers with greater accuracy, and are correct.
