Sturgeon and Steelhead Tag Recovery

If you catch a tagged sturgeon or steelhead, please fill out and submit this form. You may also submit your sturgeon tag information to Mike Wall at (360) 906-6727 or your steelhead tag information to Dan Rawding (360) 906-6747.

Note: We are currently only collecting steelhead data for Region 5 (Lewis, Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties). Please only submit steelhead tag data if you caught a fish in these counties. Sturgeon data is being collected on a statewide basis.
