HARVEST PROFILE: This is a good beach is for butter clams. The best butter clam area is on the spit at the north end of the island. Native littleneck clams can be found in pockets of sand and gravel throughout the beach. Horse clams are also available on this beach.

DIRECTIONS TO SITE: Cutts Island State Park is boat access only. There is no upland access to this beach. Cutts Island is located about a half mile northwest of Kopachuck State Park.

Nearest Boat Ramps: The Horsehead Bay boat ramp, located about two and a half miles south of Kopachuck State Park on 36th Street NW, is about two miles by boat from Cutts Island State Park.

FACILITIES: None. Kopachuck State Park offers camping, picnic areas, restrooms, kitchen shelters, hiking and fire circles.
