Mocrocks Beach extends from the Copalis River to the south boundary of the Quinault Indian Reservation.

There are several public, maintained acces points to the beach: 2nd Street (in Moclips), Andalyde Road (in Pacific Beach), and Roosevelt beach approach.

Vehicular access to the beach is permitted, unless otherwise noted. Parking is permitted on the beach where access is available, but no public camping is allowed, unless otherwise noted.

The harvest of unclassified marine invertebrates is not allowed on state park beaches.
