This should be one of the best opening-day trout lakes in the area. Fishing is expected to be excellent for fry planted rainbow trout. These rainbow fry plants have a decent carryover rate which equates to good numbers of larger fish for anglers. In addition, WDFW stocks the Fishtrap Lake with the broodstock and triploid rainbows which means that this lake should provide excellent opportunity for the 2013 season.
