This peatbog-type lake varies from two to five acres, and lies in the headwaters of Elwell Creek about 5-1/2 miles south of Sultan. It is open to fishing year-round. Angling report from 2011 documented good fishing for cutthroat trout ranging from 5 to 12 inches long.
