Online Student Registration

Beginning Thursday, July 30th, instructors may begin using online registration and reporting for basic hunter education classes

NOTE: Online registration is not available for bowhunter education, trapper education or master hunter permit program activities.

Is Using Online Registration Required?
No. Online student registration is an option not required. Instructors who avail themselves of the service will find that it literally eliminates paperwork and provides additional in-class time with students.

Note: Instructors who use online registration must do so for ALL hunter education students registered in that particular class.  Paper documentation is not accepted and cannot be processed for courses using online registration.

How Do I Use the Registration System?
Interested instructors can learn more about online registration via tutorials at:

https://my.register-ed.com/login/login

Login information is based on the first letter of your first name plus your last name plus your instructor certification number (e.g., bgruff1234).  Your password is the same as your login information.  You may change your login and password after your initial visit to the site.

Additional training via Go2Meeting is also available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are interested in a hosted overview of the new online registration program please send Mik Mikitik (mik.mikitik@dfw.wa.gov) an e-mail and indicate whether you prefer to participate in a week night meeting (7:00 p.m.) or a week day afternoon meeting (2:00 p.m.).  Mik will contact you with your assigned Go2Meeting date to learn more.

Please Note: Online registration is very new and will be a work in progress for some time as new features and new services will continue to be added in the months ahead.  For now participating instructors will log onto the site, post their class schedule information and submit all required student and course documentation.  Course and student results will automatically go to the Olympia office - saving both postage and time.
