Dangerous Wildlife Incident Reports

SPECIES
Cougar

DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
I CALLED THE RP. THE RP EXPLAINED THAT A BLACK COUGAR HAS BEEN STOCKING HIS CHICKENS FOR THE LAST FEW DAYS. THE RP SAID THAT HE IS NOT MISSING ANY CHICKENS. EVERY EVENING AND MORNING THE RP SAID THAT HE USUALLY SEES THE COUGAR IN HIS FIELD WATCHING HIS CHICKENS. THE RP SAID THAT HE DOES NOT WANT TO KILL IT BECAUSE IT IS A BLACK COUGAR. I TOLD THE RP TO TRY AND HAZE THE COUGAR BY BLOWING WHISTLES OR FIRING OFF HIS RIFLE. THE RP SAID THAT HE WOULD TRY AND DO THAT. THE RP DID NOT SAY THAT HE WAS OPEN TO HAVING A HUNTER COME IF THE HAZING DID NOT WORK.
