ON 1/14/2013 RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE R/P. THE RP STATES ON SATURDAY 1/12 AT APPROXIMATELY 1045, HE OBSERVED DROPPINGS AND PAW PRINTS (3-4 IN SIZE - ALLEGES FROM A COUGAR) WHILE TRAVELING ALONG THE LITTLE SPOKANE RIVER MAIN HIKING TRAIL ON THE SOUTH-SIDE JUST ABOVE ST. GEORGE'S SCHOOL
