DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
ON 1-16-2013, I RECIEVED TWO VOICEMAILS IN THE MORNING ON THE CELL PHONE. THE RP WAS CALLING ABOUT A COUGAR THAT KILLED A DEER IN THEIR FRONT YARD AND DRAGGED IT AWAY. THEY FOLLOWED THE TRACKS AND FOUND THE COUGAR EATING THE DEER. THE NEXT DAY THAT COUGAR ACTIVATED THEIR MOTION LIGHT ON THE FRONT OF THEIR GARAGE. THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE COUGAR. I CALLED THE NUMBER AND SPOKE WITH THE RP ABOUT THE COUGAR AND STATED I WOULD BE OUT THAT MORNING. I ARRIVED AT THE 6000 BLOCK OF RED BRIDGE ROAD AT ABOUT 1042 HOURS.
