DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
RP WENT OUTSIDE AROUND 7PM AND SAW THAT A COUGAR HAD PINNED DOWN HER DOG AND HAD IT BY THE HEAD. THE COUGAR LET GO AND RAN OFF. A FISH AND WILDLIFE OFFICER AND HOUNDSMAN RESPONDED IN THE MORNING AND FOUND THAT THE COUGAR HAD ALSO BROKEN INTO THE CHICKEN COOP AND EATEN SIX CHICKENS. HOUNDS WERE DEPLOYED AND THE COUGAR WAS QUICKLY FOUND, TREED, AND DISPATCHED.
