DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT
AROUND 1700 HOURS THE RP'S WIFE SAW A COUGAR ON THE PROPERTY AND FIRED SHOTS INTO THE AND THE COUGAR RAN AWAY. THE RP CAME HOME AROUND 1745 AND ALSO SAW A COUGAR AND FIRED SHOTS TO SCARE IT. THE RP BELIEVES THERE MAY TWO COUGARS. THE LEG OF ONE OF THEIR DOMESTIC CATS WAS FOUND AND ONE OF THE COUGARS WAS LIKELY RETURNING FOR THE RECENT KILL. RP WAS PROVIDED WITH ADVICE. FISH AND WILDLIFE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR.
