Warmwater Enhancement...

The Warmwater Enhancement surcharge, which became effective on January 1, 1997 and funded numerous warmwater projects throughout the state, was eliminated in 1999. The program is still in operation, but Warmwater Enhancement funds are now derived from the basic license fees.
