Highway 20 Elk Observations

Instructions for Opening ArcGIS Web Map on Windows Phone 7 or Windows Phone 8

  1. Make sure that you have already installed the ArcGIS mobile application on to your Windows Phone 7 (WP7) or Windows Phone 8 (WP8) device. Read instructions on how to download, install and use the ArcGIS app.
  2. Once the app has been installed, go to the app list and swipe down to find the app titled ArcGIS.
  3. Next search for the web map by swiping across to the map gallery from within the app.
  4. Press the magnifying glass icon located at the bottom of the map gallery to open the search dialog.  Type "Citizen Science WDFW."
  5. From the Map Hub search results, open the web map entitled "Highway 20 Elk Observations" so that you can begin to collect observations. (Tip – Once you open the map, you can "pin" this map directly to your start page, for easy access when using next time. Press the "…" icon at the bottom of the screen to reveal the "pin to start" option.)
  6. Save Map as favorite.
