Subject: Thanks

I did not get a chance to talk to you at the stock status presentation yesterday. I wanted to thank you for calling from Canada the other day on the coho annex. It's too bad the staff doesn't seem to have the same commitment to keep the constituents informed on issues affecting our fisheries as you have. Hopefully, your influence in the department will spread with time. The last few years, there has been a dramatic improvement in staff including constituents in the North of Falcon process. I don't know how that process could be improved much. However, other processes seem to happen without notification or inclusion. Thanks again. - Doug Fricke
