Subject: Steelhead fishing

Director Koenings:

We would like to thank you and your staff for your efforts in making this steelhead season a reality this year. We felt somewhat encouraged after out meeting on September 12th with Dennis Beich, Heather Bartlett and yourself. You realized the economic impact this will have for our small city, and the benefit it will have for the steelhead. We wish to commend Ms. Bartlett for all of her hard work. She is a tremendous asset to your agency.

Our businesses are looking forward to this Saturday with great anticipation. At City Hall, we wish the continued cooperation with the state and federal agencies for the benefit of our businesses, residents and our natural resources.
