In mid-July Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife hosted the WAFWA annual meeting in Port Angeles. Representatives from fish and wildlife agencies throughout the United States and Canada attended. More importantly, I wanted to provide you with an e-version of the formal resolution the WAFWA membership adopted which expresses our collective views on the subject. I would encourage you to make the resolution available department-wide and also ensure your commission receives a copy. You should be justifiably proud for leading such a superb department.
