Subject: News Release - Poachers nailed in Pierce County
cc: director@dfw.wa.gov

Just wanted to congratulate you guys on a job well done! All of us here were thrilled to read the news about catching the elk poachers in Pierce Co. These slobs are the cause of a steadily declining opportunity for law abiding honest sportsmen to get a chance at legally taking a branched bull or even a cow elk in their lifetime. We see our herd over here in the Blue Mountains dropping in leaps and bounds by the hands of poachers, and it seems hopeless because they are so hard to catch in the act. Since the brothers from Pierce County were caught red handed, so to speak, there should be absolutely no question as to their guilt. Make an example of the guys!! Send a message to all the others like them that are stealing our wildlife that we pay to have managed with some of the highest hunting license prices in the U.S. Make us proud, and throw the book at them!! Make sure they pay for this to the fullest extent allowed by law. Make sure they lose ALL hunting privileges here and in other states too. A slap on the wrist will NEVER stop these criminals!!

Thank you in advance.
