Subject: law enforcement

Just a note to let you know that some boaters are very glad to see that you are all helping so many of us. We were out on the weekend after the 4th and saw quite a few pots out and observed the officers checking catches as people came in by boat, at the public dock in Everett. They were all very polite and professional. I would like to commend them for the patience with many people who "played" dumb to the rules. I have had a few people actually comment, "ohhh, you don't really throw them back do you?" with our response being "yep... it's the law". So I just want to say thanks.....
