My son (age 12) and I had been invited to Goldendale for some camping and we thought of doing some fishing. We had little time, so on a lark I went ahead and e-mailed the WDFW. To my surprise, I was promptly called with a contact. I was called and e-mailed the information. Unfortunately, my son came down with a cold and, due to rains of biblical proportions, we decided to cancel.
