The following e-mail message was sent to WDFW Director Jeff Koenings From: James Wade To: director@dfw.wa.gov Date: 10/06/05 Subject: Excellent Customer Service Dr Koenings, I wanted to inform you of the excellent customer service I recently received from Cathy Cobb in Hunter Education. I am currently stationed out of state and requested information concerning a duplicate Hunter's Education Certificate. I submitted my information via the website and expected to hear something back in a week or so. To my pleasant surprise later that day I received an email from Ms Cobb asking for information to research my certificate. Within minutes of providing this information she had emailed me back with my certificate number and word that the application paperwork would be mailed to me this morning. This is the fastest and best customer service I have ever received from a website. Keep up the good work. Very Respectfully, James Wade
