The following e-mail message was sent to WDFW Lands Division Manager Mark Quinn regarding the department's Lands 20/20: A Clear Vision for the Future

From: Fred Zitterkopf, Inland Northwest Wildlife Council (INWC)

To: Mark Quinn, WDFW Lands Division Manager

Date: 09/17/05

Subject: Lands 20/20: Vision Plan

Mark,

The final of the plan is a quality, professional document which I believe captured the working group's thoughts. It should give the department a road map of how currently owned lands are managed and new are obtained. It certainly is a business oriented approach and should make land decisions more defensible. But most importantly it gives the department a strategic approach to using land management as a serious tool in managing for all wildlife in the state.

Please send me two more copies. I'd like to have them for the INWC office so others may read it.

Thanks.
