Sergeant Rick Webb was awarded the Western Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies' Pogue-Elms Law Enforcement Award at their annual conference last week in North Dakota. Sergeant Webb was recognized for his contributions, over the last 30 years, to the fish and wildlife resource, natural resource law enforcement cases, innovation in conservation law enforcement, and service to the public.

Please send him a note of congratulations. Being singled out as a leader, innovator, and protector of the resource from 23 member states is a real honor!
