Printing Tips

The following printing tips are for MS Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox web browsers.

 
Printing from Microsoft Internet Explorer (Ver. 6.0 & up)
1. Use the "Print Preview" menu option located under "File". This will show you if the table will print based on the current printer settings. Print settings can also be manipulated in the "Print Preview" window.
2. If you are having trouble getting the entire table to print try printing in "Landscape". Many printer automatically print in portrait.
3. If you are having trouble printing the regular HTML page. You can use the "Printer Friendly Page" link provided at the upper right of the table.
4. If the "Printer Friendly Page" is still printing the table to large. You can reduce the font size using the "Text Size" menu option located under "View". This will allow you to shrink the font for optimized printing.

 

Printing from Mozilla Firefox (Ver. 1.5 & up)
1. Use the "Print Preview" menu option located under "File". This will show you if the table will print based on the current printer settings. Print settings can also be manipulated in the "Print Preview" window.
  A useful feature in the "Print Preview" window is under "Page Setup". Check "Shrink To Fit Page Width" and the printed page will automatically size itself for the current printer settings.
