Migratory Bird Hunting Authorization Report Form
Welcome to the WDFW web page to submit mandatory hunting reports for band-tailed pigeons, brant, and snow geese. Accurate harvest information is critical to manage these populations. If you submit a report through this web page, please do not mail in your hunting authorization report form.
For each hunting authorization you held, please indicate your permit or document number, the total number of days you hunted for the species, and the dates you harvested each bird. If you purchased multiple Hunting Authorization forms you will need to report each one seperately. Thanks for your cooperation.
Space is provided on this form to report any number of birds harvested per species. For those hunters who harvested birds of different species, please enter the information for this species, submit the report, and then go back to the form to submit the rest. Repeat as necessary to submit your total harvest.
